So, What Now?

Everything you're encountering and feeling is completely normal. This is hard stuff and there's no playbook for grief. On top of taking care of your self and your emotional health, there also happens to be a lot to do after someone dies. While self-care should be your number one priority, there are still legal, financial and estate responsibilities that need to be handled and—in some cases—those all might fall on you. We are here to give you tools and resources to help get you through it.

We got you! Need help finding a mental health professional? Having trouble funeral planning? No idea how to manage someone’s estate? We’ll point you in the right direction.

For those of us who have lost someone, there’s a story to tell or maybe just something to get off your chest. We see you. We hear you.

Time to snuggle up with some tried and true selections that can help during the darkest time. These authors let you know you’re not alone, give you permission to laugh and help you to keep moving through.

Explore your feelings, thoughts and take a second to yourself. Our workbook gives you space to process what you’re going through.

“The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.”

“we're so sorry for your loss.”

You'll hear it from so many people, and that may be the only thing your friends, family and co-workers tell you before they go on as if nothing has happened. others may have no idea how to broach the subject at all and interact with you as though nothing has changed. Death and loss make people awkward. Our hope is to make an incredibly difficult time a little bit easier.
